Mimi the sardine’s cotton has a water-based acrylic coating (not PVC). It is permanently water, soil, and mess resistant (and dare I say fabulous!) yet remains soft and supple. Simply wipe clean or machine wash warm then just Hang dry or tumble dry low. They are manufactured in the San Francisco bay area so not only an eco friendly product line but also made right here in the USA!

On a personal note I think the quality of this line & the groovy patterns are fantastic….Kids love them too.
